ASP.NET Core 8.0 Hosting Bundle.
SQL Server Express 2008 or higher. Download SQL Server Express 2019

Installer

The provided installer is intended to fully configure a clean Windows installation by installing .NET 8.0 if necessary and IIS. SQL Server is not installed, but is required.

The result is a web service at http://localhost/SplendidReplication.
