No.  I believe that the CRM will try and send 3 times before changing to the Send Error state.  If the email could not be delivered 3 times, why would you want to try a 4th?

Could the problem be that the wrong FROM email address is being specified?  When composing the email, you need to make sure to select the correct FROM email login.  The sent email will appear in the Outlook Sent Items folder of the FROM email login.

When an admin adds to the Outbound Emails table, this address becomes available to all users.  When a user creates their own record by using the SMTP settings in their My Account / Profile area, they are creating an address that is only available to them.  So it has to do with public vs...

You should be able to find the control and then change the enable flag.  In this situation, I would suggest that you look at the HTML and find the field name.  The SplendidCRM code is not that complicated in that it uses the standard FindControl() to get the object.
