It sounds like the database has not been updated.  Is this a system that you upgraded from a previous version? The solution is to run the SplendidCRM Configuration Wizard that is located in the installation folder.  It will upgrade the database to the current build.

The best way to manage that level of security is to use our Professional or Enterprise editions as they include a team management feature.  On our Community edition product, you can enable the Assigned User Only feature that only allows users to see records assigned to them.

Admin Page Manage Layouts GridViews Then find the specific GridView you need to modify.

There is an Export GridView in the Admin area that you can use to specify the fields being exported.

The trick is to use the ~/_devtools/Procedures.aspx to regenerate our ~/_code/SqlProcs.cs file.  This will create the proper wrapper for your procedure.  Another trick is to give the special Everyone user permission to write the SqlProcs.cs file.
