I have a user with a new laptop running Outlook 2010. The SplendidCRM install ran fine and connects from the Splendid settings menu with the test as OK (from The Outlook add ons menu) but when Outlook loads it gives a "resources appropriate for the scecific culture or neutral culture.... assembly at compile time...error and SplendidCRM is not available from the Outlook menu other than as an add on?
What language/culture is being used on Windows? The plug-in should be culture neutral.
