I have a very strange bug where my users cannot see anything from Outlook Archive Command except Accounts. If I check the admin box, then they can see records across all modules, but regardless of security privelages until I check the admin box they cannot see any records except Accounts. Any ideas why this would be occurring?
Could it be that the user is only seeing records that are assigned to him?
These kinds of issues are difficult to debug because they are based on the security rules that you have defined in your database. As an admin, these rules are ignored, so it makes sense that setting this flag will cause all data to be displayed.
Your best bet is to run the site in a debugger and see what filters are being applied.
