We are receiving the following error when trying to archive some emails to their case:
The CRM we are using is: SplendidCRM Enterprise Version 4.2.3714.32556 (SugarCRM Version 4.5.0)
The Plug In we are using is: SplendidCRM_4.2.3692.29352_Plug-in_for_Outlook_2007
How can we resolve this issue so that all emails can be archived to their cases?
Are all users experiencing this problem, or just one user? Are the other features of the plug-in working?
All users are receiving this error when archiving some emails to the CRM. We really only use the plug in to create cases and archive emails to cases. Creating cases is working fine but archiving gives us this error.
