I have installed Outlook Plug-in on new Virtual Machine (Windows 7) with Outlook 2003..

When I install the outlook plugin and start outlook, I get the following error..

"Error loading: The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: Security. at System.Diagnostics.EventLog.FindSourceRegistration(String source, etc...)"

I observed that it was working perfectly when I install with Administrator. 

After that I un-installed it and then installed with other users, it was working fine !

For the firsttime, When I install the outlook plugin and start outlook, other than Admin, Iam getting the above error. Plz suggest not to get the above error when I install with other users.

I have tested that version on Windows 7 with Outlook 2007 running on Exchange, and it works as expected.

I've got UAC turned all the way down though, and am an administrator on this machine.
