Errormessages while Synchonizing
Posted: 05 Nov 08 5:59 AM
Hey folks,
firstly congratulations for the election of your new President...
But returning on my problem, the first time I could synchronize a Email but beginning at the second I got errors while trying to synchronize. I also reinstalled the Outlook plugin, but I get still the following message:
Boolean AssignEmails() Line 430.
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: The session ID is invalid. 711fe031-060e-41e7-b47e-c3a57a3c3a39
at SplendidCRM.soap.GetSessionUserID(String session)
at SplendidCRM.soap.set_entry(String session, String module_name, name_value[] name_value_list)
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
In that case the message arrives also within the System but without its attachments.
In other cases by assinging Mails to Contacts and Accounts as well I get the following message in this case I cant find the Emails in SplendidCRM:
Boolean AssignEmails() Line 430.
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: sMODULE_NAME should not be empty.
at SplendidCRM.Security.GetUserAccess(String sMODULE_NAME, String sACCESS_TYPE)
at SplendidCRM.soap.set_relationships(String session, set_relationship_value[] set_relationship_list)
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
Have you any idea?
Geatings
Johannes
