Hi,

i've tried to install SplendidCRM_Plug-in_for_Outlook_1.4.2727.3709_Final on Vista systems with Outlook 2003. The install has aborted with an error code 2869.

I found nothing on that code error

Could you please help me.

I've tried this way but when in reinstall the plug-in a dialog box with a only one button "ok", appears and indicate "Impossible to save the Enterprise Strategy Level". I click OK and then a ok dialog box appears now and indicate "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This mayx indicate  a problem with this package. The error code is 2869"

Do you have any idea.
