SugarCRM 4.0.1.c connecting with SplendidCRM Outlook plugin error

I am getting the following error when attempting to synchronize with SugarCRM 4.0.1.c with Outlook 2003.  I have successfully tested the connection on the setttings page.
"Unable to cast COM object of type 'System._ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ContactItem'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COm component for the interface with IID '{00063021-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT:0x800004002(E_NOINTERFACE))."

I'm going to have to find a way to get more information.  I'll probably add more logging to the next build. 

It is possible that there is one unexpected item in the Contacts folder.  Can you tell me if there is an item that does not have the Contacts icon in the Contacts folder?

Although the SplendidCRM Plug-in for Outlook 2003 Beta 2 does not fix this problem, it does provide better logging and error handling so that we can locate the problem.

Paul, I was attempting the first synchronization with a new instance of SugarCRM. I did manage an upload to the CRM using the file.csv import utility, but I did encounter problems with certain fields (phone numbers primarily) that I was able to clear up (It didn't like additional text such as ext XXX). Thanks for investigating. I think I was using the latest Beta 2 build of the plug-in.
