I get this error when trying to sync: "String was not recognized as a Valid Date Time"

Using a non Exchange account.  Any idea?

Please use TcpTrace and capture the trace on this sync operation.  I need to determine if this error is due to data in Outlook / Exchange or data in Sugar.
