Outlook sync problem

Hi Everybody

I have installed SplendidCrm and plug-in for outlook 2003, When i tried to sync calendar, contact :  I have this  error message:

"Boolean connect(boolean) Line 0

client found response content type text/html,charset=utf 8 but expected text/Xml

the request failed  with theerror message

......

We are having a hard time finding the root cause of this problem.  Please try the latest build version 1.4.2634.36765, just prepared a few minutes ago.  Let us know if this works.

Has this been resolved? I'm having the same problems with Outlook 2007 using the latest build.

When you get an error like this that says that the response was text/html, it means that there was a server error that was not handled properly and sent back as a proper SOAP error. 

Are you using the SplendidCRM web app or the SugarCRM web app?  Also, what version?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I just downloaded and installed the SplendidCRM web app on our server. I tinkered a bit with the web.config so it doesn't require Windows authentication but other than that it's the same (and working fine).
I'm using the plugin on Outlook 2007. I use this url http://mydomain/splendidcrm/Users/Login.aspx, it get the above message (with basic authentication selected). When I use the root url http://mydomain/splendidcrm/ I get a "Session ID is Invalid" error.
Any ideas?
