Client found response content type

Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1', but expected 'text/xml'.  The request failed with an empty response. Any idea on how to fix this?

This looks like a bug in SugarCRM.  The SOAP interface should never return text/html.

After I uninstalled the Sugar Spike installation package and reinstall: Apache, MySql and Php manually, the plugin was able to sync.  But it only sync contacts to Sugar and not from Sugar to Outlook.  The status says, "Receiving Contacts from CRM" for about 10 mins and go away.  Any suggestions?

 

Note: I'm accessing my contacts from an Exchange server.

Can you provide a TcpTrace on this issue.  I need to see if Sugar is returning anything.

I finally got my contacts to sync to Outlook...  I had to increase the timeout time in Apache and in SplendidCRM xml file.  Also, the date_modified was incorrect(I'm not sure how it changes to: 0000000000), I update that column.  but now, php takes a long time(hour+ for 900+ contacts) to parse the xml data.  Is there a way I can optimize this process?
