Search Forum Home   Plug-in and Platform Forums  Outlook 2003 Plug-in  Email not attac...  Email not attaching to Opportunity/Lead   sparkin 1 posts Joined 1/8/2007 Email not attaching to Opportunity/Lead Posted: 08 Jan 07 6:56 PM Using Sugar 4.5.0f and Splendid Outlook Plug-in 1.3.2542.37669 I can successfully send an email to Sugar and it appears in the Email (under All Emails).  However it does not attach itself as a History item to the selected Opportunity or Lead from within Outlook.  I can successfully attach it to a Lead in Sugar but obviously the Plug-in is designed for that to happen automatically. I'm currently having users duplicate the email after attached to contact and then move over to opportunity from the email module.
