I've set up and have been testing 2.1 of CRM. I noticed that once I set up two or more users, I can see incoming messages, but not matter which user I'm logged in as (does not seem to matter if the user is an admin or a user), each user sees messages for everyone set up in Splendid. Messages do attach to correct contacts for each user, but I thought they should only see incomming message sent to themselves, not an inbox for all the users in Splendid.
I took a look at Sugar's documentation, and once I set up 'team management' no-one was able to view incomming messages at this point...only the administrator of course was able to see 'all' incomming messages for every user of Splendid.
Is this normal functionality?
