There must have been a breakdown in communication. Our support staff had responded to your request and was waiting for your reply.
A recent email has been rejected. Do you have a Gmail account that we can send the code to?
Yes : I have already sent a message to 'support@splendidcrm.com' where I've asked to send the fix to my gmail account.
