This information is in the ReadMe.htm that is extracted from the archive.

The OS login is administrator/Evaluation1.

The CRM login is admin/admin.

This password is not working with the virtual setup which has visual studio.

We are were not able to duplicate your problem.  As a quick test, we extracted the archive, added it to Virtual Server and logged in using Evaluation1 as the password.  Everything worked fine.

Are you sure that you are using a capital E in the password?  Are you sure that you are using a number 1 and not a lowercase L?
