Hi,
In community edition, I've set up a number of email templates my users can utilize. This works perfectly but... when they reply to a mail and choose a template (i.e. it is a standard reply they want to do), the template overwrites the entire mail and the original mail to which they are replying is overwritten. Is it possible to have the template not overwrite the mailbody?
If so, how and where can I accomplish this?
