Hi, I'm new to SplendidCRM, and am now exploring all of its features. One of the key function in our CRM operation is Call Center. We have already a in-house apps for call center which manage all call center operation including single click dialing, voice recording, etc. Can I customize SplendidCRM to adopt this needs? Or is there any ready add-ons such as the one for Zoho CRM called PhoneBridge described here: http://www.zoho.com/crm/call-center/ ?
