If you are unable to view reports in SplendidCRM, unable to connect to sql server reporting services, or just a missing a resource when viewing the reports module in Splendid, start here. Look to see if you have SQL Services Configuration Manager installed.  Programs >> Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 >> Configuration Tools >> Reporting Services Configuration Manager. Click "Report Manager URL" in the left nav. Check to see if your Report Manager Site Identification's virtual directory is set to "Reports". If it is, change it! I used "SRSReports". This will be your URL for accessing SRS directly. It conflicts with Splendid's Reports directory when SplendidCRM is installed as the default website.
