The connection string is in the Web.config file.  We use a local instance, so the name is (local)\SplendidCRM.  The default login is sa and the default password is splendidcrm2005

can u please tell me where is the location of the web.config file, coz i'm not familiar with this kind of connection between the database and the splendidcrm. and maybe u can give me some more details about that. thnx.

The Web.config file is in the SplendidCRM Software\Web Site folder.
