In your web-site the following is mentioned:

The primary difference between the Open-Source and Professional versions is that the Professional version includes the source code for the SQL functions, views and procedures.  This makes the Professional version ideal for integrating into your existing systems.  The Professional version also includes the source code of the SplendidCRM Plug-in for Outlook 2003.

My question before I proceed in license purchase: $2,000.00 for 10 users for SQL Server 2000 or 2005 support

Do we get the full source code ? else what are not provided......

You do get the full source code for the application, but there are a few things that we only provide upon request.  We don't give everybody everything just so as to reduce any confusion. 

For example, we can provide you with the source code to our Eval site http://eval.splendidcrm.com.  This eval code can be helpful if you are planning to provide hosting services and you want to automate the setup of new customers.  We can also provide the InstallShield Express files so that you can create an EXE.  These install files are only useful if you plan to rebuild the EXE and distribute it to your customers.  Very few of our customers have requested the InstallShield files, so we do not include it.

If there is something you need, just ask and we will do our best to help.

Need Help !

I have made several attempts to purchase the license of Splendid CRM - MS SQL DB version via Paypal and it goes through the cycle of filling-up the order and right-thru the credit-card details to the final window showing that I will be receiving an email.

I have not received any mail or any charge on the credit-card. Is there any other way or solution to this please.

Please contact our support staff directly to help you with this issue.  We are certainly disappointed that you were unable to complete the transaction, but we could not find any issues or entries in our PayPal account, nor did we find a completed transaction.
