Culture name 'en-uk' is not supported

I upgraded to 2.1 and had the following error when logging in. I have to change the default settings to en-us in the SQL tables to log in but when I change the preferences to UK using software I get the same error.

The correct culture code for United Kingdom is us-GB.

Yes but when the culture is set to en-GB that is when the error occurs "Culture name 'en-uk' is not supported"
