I think this is a bug, i have setup to collect my email, and it errors with:

Server mail.mydomain.com not ready to start AUTHORIZATION. Message: 220 myemaildomain.com

Can anyone confirm this is a bug and what to do about it? As this server and account are ok as outlook works fine.

Do you know what brand of POP3 server is supplied by mail.mydomain.com?  If you can provide our support staff with a test email account, we can help research this issue.  Please contact them directly at support@splendidcrm.com.

I do, it is SmarterMail Enterprise 4.3, i will email you an account to use.

Hi

Just to let everyone know, it was my fault i was not using Port 110, i was using port 25 for some reason (i.e. me being an idiot).

Can I ask you, how a user can get their emails, i.e. how they assign are assigned to a users account, if that is how this functions? i can see and check the email via the Admin page>monitor mailbox, but what do i do now?!
