User settings (language)
Posted: 13 Jun 06 4:09 AM
I have noticed that in the login mask there's an hidden combobox where I could choose the language. This value is always en-US and it is used as the default culture even if the user logging in has a different one. In the [LoadUserPreferences] procedure if a culture is present - it is the one used in the hidden combo - user language is never considered.

The language combo is a legacy artifact from SugarCRM.  We removed this in SplendidCRM because most of our users use Microsoft's Integrated Authentication (also known as NTLM) and would never see this screen.  In SplendidCRM, the language is specified in the User's profile.

I'll have to do some research into why this feature is not working properly.
