I have written a replacement application for the outlook plugin and added a few features to allow easy use of the SplendidCRM system.

It is a task tray application that allows you to :

1. drag and drop emails directly into your active cases (release version will support any file type allowing documents to be added to cases)
2. Do quick searchs for any text.
3. Use the quick launch features to edit/update/add details to case,accounts and contacts.
4. Setup favourites.
5. This application also runs on a terminal server specific to user.

I use the standard soap web service, to search and use the actual SplendidCRM web interface to enforce the rules.

I am looking for beta testers before I release the code.
