Change display language

Hi everyone,just wondering how to change the display language after a language pack has been installed, i have installed the chinese language pack but don't know how to switch to chinese. also, i notice that i can use windows authentication to login the site, is there a default admin login if i don't want to use windows authentication? what is the user name and password then. many thanks

To change your language, click on My Account in the upper right and edit your profile settings.
