Finished installing now showing the labels of all objects

For instance, when I first login, the items labels for login are as follows:

.NTC_LOGIN_MESSAGE
Users.LBL_USER_NAME
Users.LBL_PASSWORD

It's like none of the controls are rendered. They all work, I can login and move around, but all controls have names and labels like those listed above. Has anyone ever seen that and how do I get rid of it?

That means that the database connection has failed. Use the SystemCheck.aspx page to help locate the problem.
