First off all, I want to say what a great initiative this is. I too am a .NET enthousiast and think different of the PHP implementation.
More AJAX and less refreshes would make a big difference in user experience though, I hope you will implement this soon as it makes SugarCRM look more user friendly for now.
I have a question about team management. I have implemented this, but there is something missing according to me. If you set the admin parameter require_team_management, it should by default fill in the users' team on every record that is created. Why? First of all because this would speed up the process of creating a new record. Second, if you sync an appointment from Outlook, you will not see it in your view in Splendid because no team is filled in and you are only able to see what is assigned to your team. Thus this disables the ability to use the sync plugin. Or am I missing something.

I thought we were already populating the team with the user default. See ~/_code/SplendidDynamic.cs line 1324.
I suspect that the problem is that the user does not have a default team. This is because we did not have the code to initialize default teams in the correct location in the SQL code. We have fixed this issue in the last week so that a config value change will create the default teams.
In order to correct your system, please run your current version of SplendidConfigure as the code does exist and it will get run if you update the database. But also be warned that running SplendidConfigure will overwrite any customizations you have made to the views or stored procedures.
This seems to make some difference. But the database now created some private teams for each user. And no matter what I do, that private team is always the default team. Even if I remove it from the users team list. How do I set the users default team? So for example: I have a user called David, his private team is (David), but I want him to be in the Belgium team as default. How do I change this? Also I throw the user out of his own private team, the system keeps setting that as default, is that correct behavior?

Yes, the private team is indeed the default team. This is the way that SugarCRM, and hence SplendidCRM, was designed. Please review the SugarCRM User guides to see how teams are suppose to work and how to best leverage them.
