When I click on the activities tab I see a list of calls .. and for see the list of meeting I must to use the "shortcuts" by click on "meetings" link
Why this solution??Is it possible to see all calls and meetings ... that are all appointment...

We are following the settings of SugarCRM. On the positive side, all of their user documentation applies. On the negative side, they sometimes do some strange things.
If you want a different behavior, just edit the ASP.NET code and show anything you want.
You can edit the Shortcuts table. We do not provide an online method, so you will have to go to the database for that.
