Did you Reload SplendidCRM? The data is cached, so you need to make sure the relationships are reloaded. This can be done in the Admin area.
I've used reload but I still see the object in home page
in the log table of the page viewed I see this error (but I don't know if it is a problem...)

If you still see the panel on the Home page, then check the DETAILVIEWS_RELATIONSHIPS table to ensure that the relationship has indeed been deleted.
