After playing around with your excellent software, I have just recently noticed that there are no "products" in SplendidCRM/SugarCRM.
Our company sells software and we require to track which of our products our accounts/contacts/opportunities are interested in, and to track any software purchase orders that an account may make. I've found no place for product management. Is there any way around this, or was SplendidCRM/SugarCRM designed mainly for project based companies?
When we released SplendidCRM 1.0, we set the feature set to SugarCRM Open-Source 3.5.1. We hope to add a Products module soon, but we do not have a clear time table.
