I am very much appreciating the effort of the SplendidCRM team. Recently I have installed SplendidCRM and working fine. I am trying to figure out creating multiple divisions under parent company and assign individual teams for those divisions. These teams should able to access leads, contacts, projects and activities related to those assigned divisions only. They shouldn't have access to other divisions, which they are not a member. Can anybody suggest how can I achieve this scenario from single instance of Splendid.

You will need the Professional or Enterprise editions to do this.

First, make sure that Team Mangement is enabled. Then, make sure that Team Mangement is set to Required. This will enforce the rule that the users can only see records they are assigned to.

P.S. Please don't post Word HTML here as DNN does not like it and makes it difficult to reply.

Thanks for your information. Can I enable Team management in community version? If not is there any demo version to try. Because I need to make sure all the requirements coverd before commit to buy the professional / Enterprise version?

Thanks,

No, team management is not available in the Community Edition.

You can evaluate Professional or Enterprise at http://eval.splendidcrm.com.
