SplendidCRM 10.4 Update is Full of Customer Requests

Raleigh, NC (May 19, 2018) -- SplendidCRM Software, Inc., a pioneering provider of Microsoft-centric Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, today announced version 10.4, an update that includes a number of features requested by hard-core SplendidCRM users.

Team Hierarchy, Role-Based Layouts and Custom Tags
As the CRM continues to be the central application around which all company data revolves, it becomes increasing important to control what the users have access too, based on their role within the company. SplendidCRM has supported team management for many years, but the support of a team hierarchy makes it easier for managers to see the data of the users they manage. Through the use of role-based layouts, the administrator can make sure that each user only sees the data that is relevant to his/her role within the company. A new drag-and-drop layout manager makes it easier to create and modify these role-based layouts. The use of custom tags makes it easier to search across modules for related data.

Document Signing, Zip Code Lookup and Active Currency Conversion
Agents in the home maintenance industry are increasing being provided with tablets for on-site quoting. Built-in document signing makes it easy for the agent to execute quotes and contracts on-site. Zip Code lookup and active currency conversion ensure the accuracy of those quotes and contracts. SplendidCRM includes a free United States Zip Code database, but data from other countries can easily be imported. Integration with currencylayer adds support for 168 world currencies and includes support for the Free Plan.

Outlook Addin for Office 2013/2016
SplendidCRM has embraced the new addin architecture of Exchange Server and Office 365 to provide a web-based app for Outlook. Whereas the old Outlook plug-in system only worked on the Windows operating system, the new addin will provide an integrated CRM experience in your inbox in Windows or in any browser supported by Outlook Web Access. The addin provides quick access to relevant information through a view that is fully customizable by the CRM administrator.

SplendidCRM Hosted Services
SplendidCRM has also expanded its hosted deployment regions to include the newly supported Azure Canada regions, bringing the total number of regions to 13. SplendidCRM supports hosted deployment to data centers in Iowa, Virginia, Illinois, Texas, California, Ireland, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Osaka, Toronto and Quebec City.
