I'm sorry, I totally mis-read the question.If you specify a parameter called ASSIGNED_USER_ID, the CRM will automatically populate this value with the current CRM user. There is no easy way to get the roles for that user from the paramter side, but you can certainly use the ASSIGNED_USER_ID valu...

The reports that SplendidCRM runs will always use the database connection string of the CRM. Instead of trying to use an alternate SQL login, you could create a linked server in SQL Server and have the report refer to objects through the linked server. With linked servers, you can specify alter...

There is already a section of Viewed mail, but this only works if the user displays the images in the email. Tracked URLs bounce through the CRM so that you will see how many of your contacts click on a tracked URL.

At the top of the Campaign DetailView, there is a ROI view. The link is at the top right section of the DetailView.
