Each user selects their display currency in their My Account area. On screens where you can select the currency, this allows you to input values based on the selected currency, but it does not change the display values. Everybody still sees the currency they specified in My Account.

Take a look at the spCASES_Update stored procedure. In that procedure you will see that we call spNUMBER_SEQUENCES_Formatted to generate the next number. You will need to modify the stored procedure for your module, or you could use the Workflow engine if you have the Enterprise edition.The Atl...

In the Admin area, you can add Custom Fields. Then you can Manage the Layouts to add the custom fields to the desired layout.
