I suspect that you have configured the system to require that only an assigned user can view the record.  The user can specify the manager in the User Profile Reports To field.  Or you could disable the assigned to feature using the link on the Admin page under User Management.

Maybe it would be helpful if you were to send us a SQL export of the layout.

We do not have any documentation for end-user import.  There is a basic description on the SugarCRM site that may be helpful. http://support.sugarcrm.com/Documenta... Is there a specific question that I can answer?

The way I would debug the issue is to first configure the field as a text field and specify the field name for the image so that it shows the GUID.  I would then confirm that this GUID points to a valid record in the IMAGES table.  Once we have established that the field is correct, the...
