The join already provides access to all the ACCOUNTS fields.  Just add them to the select statement.  You will need to recompile all views afterward. Execute the following:     exec spSqlRefreshAllViews;

There is no easy way to do this without modifying the code.  The best option would likely be to modify the appropriate SQL views used for contacts.

We only support deployment to an Azure VM.  Just create an Azure VM and install the Community Edition.  Then you can use standard copy-deployment to make any updates.

I'm not sure if the problem is due to an old bug that we fixed years ago or just a configuration error.  The behavior web.config changes you made should not be necessary as we use the WebScriptServiceHostFactory which eliminates the need for those kinds of changes, though the aspNetcombat...
