Glad you got it to work, but we have never needed that entry.  We try hard to keep the web.config clean.

I'm not sure if the problem is due to an old bug that we fixed years ago or just a configuration error.  The behavior web.config changes you made should not be necessary as we use the WebScriptServiceHostFactory which eliminates the need for those kinds of changes, though the aspNetcombat...

What version of SplendidCRM are you running? What version of Firefox are you running? How did you install SplendidCRM? What operating system are you running?

It can mean that you have an old browser.  It is also possible that the REST services are not working.  Try manually navigating to ~/rest.svc and see what you get.  If you get a normal page, then it is a browser issue.  If you get an error, it should tell you how to fix the er...
