You can provide a URL to an image. I believe that you can also provide a full UNC to a file located on the service. The image is rendered using the Microsoft Report Viewer, so you can follow their documentation on the various ways to include an image in a report.

We have tried to follow SugarCRM for that very reason. We are not 100% identical, but we should be close enough.

The most common problem is that users open the application as a Web Site and not as a Web Application Project. You must open the SplendidCRM7.csproj file. It is also important to note that Visual Studio Express cannot open this file. You must use VS Standard, Professional, Enterprise or Team.

A case does not have a direct association with a contact, unless you created a custom field for this. If you have created a custom field, then you can modify the Cases.DetailView to point to the custom field. Make sure to specify the module type as Contacts.
