Trying to associate an email with an existing account.

When I hit the link button it pulls up a list with two options - the correct contact and related account.  When I then check the contact and hit "assign" I sometimes get the error message:

Index out of range exception:Assigned_USer_ID (line 414)

or

I've also seen a SessionID error - but I can't seem to recreate at the moment
