I apologize if I'm repeating myself, but it seems I can't get an answer except when I start new threads.

Regarding syncronizing contacts - specifically, getting contacts from SplendidCRM down to Outlook.  Is there a "global" setting available a user can turn on to indicate that the user wants all contacts always?  The reason I ask is due to two specific scenarios that are going to be problematic otherwise...

First, we've already got 1600 contacts in our database. That means I'll have to run through 80 pages listing 20 contacts at a time, to select "sync".  My partner will have to do the same.  It's annoying, but not the end of the world.

Second, and a bit more of a problem, is that anytime an employee adds a contact to Splendid, they will have to send my partner and I a note to let us know that we need to go in and select that person to sync, which is easy to forget and an annoyance to do every time.

Can you suggest an alternative to dealing with this?

Because we don't always have access to the CRM when we're out of the office, and we don't use the CRM for email - we use Outlook.
