Error with outlook plugin

I am having an issue with outlook when it opens throwing an error. This works fine on my other workstations.

Boolean Connect(Boolean) Line 1168:

Unable to cast COM object of type 'System._ComObject' to interface  type 'Microsoft.Office.Core._CommandBarButton'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000c030E-0000-C000-00000000046}'failed due to the following error: Library not registered.

I am using Plugin version 1.4.2977.15987

Not in the CRM it is when you launch outlook after the plugin has been installed. I went throught the process of installing the first plugin then uninstalled it and then installed the second plugin. When you go into SplendidCRM settings and add the URL, username and password, and choose the sync options the next time you launch outlook you get this error and everytime outlook launches you get this error.

What are the parameters for posting a screen shot? It wouldnt allow me to said I didnt have permission

Please provide more information about your workstation.  What OS?  What SP level? What version of Office?  What Office SP level?
