outlook 2007 ribbon action

Maybe stupid question but I  see only SplendidCRM plugin toolbar in main outlook view. When I open mail message or contact or anything I do not see any SplendidCRM toolbar on ribbon.

Is it expected functionality?

This is normal behavior for the current release.
