Other users than Admin can't see SplendidCRM menu on outlook
The admin installed SplendidCRM on workstation and can see the pluggin on outlook
But when the user logs in he cannot see it
Any idea what may causing this?

What version of Windows and what version of Outlook are you running?
Generally, you must be a local admin to install the plug-in, but once you run it as an admin, it should work as a regular user. Have you tried to right click on the Outlook icon and select Run as Administrator?

Have you tried to right click on Outlook and "Run as Administrator"?
Some users had Outlook running when installing the plug-in, which prevented the install from succeeding. Try to exit everything, then reinstall the plug-in.
