Outlook CRM plug-in - Calendar Sync error

There is a user that is having a problem synchronizing his outlook calendar with Sugar SRM.  when the connection is tested the test is successfull, but when he tries to synchronize his calendar he gets the following error.

Void SyncCalendar(Boolean) Line 2060.

The operation failed.
