So far the Outlook plugin has worked well with my contact Syncing well together and was able to add emails to specific accounts with ease but I am having an issue with the syncing of my calendar.

I was able to sync the calendar before but there were some inconsistencies where my Outlook data would sometimes update on Splendid but was not able to write to Outlook.
Also my Calendar would backdate to last year showing many overdue appts. But now I am getting this error and am unsure what is the issue.
FYI - I am in Australia on computers set to Australian date/time settings if this helps narrow down the issue.

My error when trying to sync:

Void SyncCalendar(Boolean) Line 0.
String ws not recognized as a valid DateTime.
