I am getting errors on loading the Outlook Plug-in on Vista with Office 2007.  In the COM Add-ins Available box, clicking on the SplendidCRM install results in an error popup stating:

The connected state of Office Add-in registered in  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE  can not be changed. 

The Visual Studio 8.0 fix will not install since this is Office 2007 instead of 2003.

Does anyone have a fix for this?  I can't seem to find anything about this error with Office 2007 and Vista.

After installing the outlook plugin, you have to right click on the Outlook icon and Run as Administrator.  Have you done that yet?

Wow! I knew that Vista was a beast to provide support for, but that is absolutely crazy! Thanks so much for the help! BTW, would it be a good idea to put that note on the download page?

P.S. I had a script error trying to reply to this message. When I changed from Rich Text to Basic, it went fine. The original message went perfect with Rich Text. OS X 10.4 with latest Firefox.
