Our goal was to create a plug-in that is identical to the SugarCRM version so that we could rely upon their manual.  No sense in duplicate the effort.

The plug-in does not allow you to automatically sync emails.  We eventually expect to support inbound email in the CRM itself, but we are still researching the best method.

What version are you using?  Also, please send a screen capture to support@splendidcrm.com of the exact error you are seeing.
