Really interesting cheat, but it worked. I hand edited the Last Sync Date line in the XML file that is installed in the user directory.

For XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\SplendidCRM\SplendidCRM Plug-in for Outlook.xml

For Vista: C:\Users\gharris\AppData\Roaming\SplendidCRM

By changing it from:
< LastSync >1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM< /LastSync >

To:
< LastSync >1/1/0002 12:00:00 AM< /LastSync >

The sync began working beautifully and shows correctly in all locations and syncing correctly both ways.
