Hi all,
I have just installed SplendidCRM and the outlook 2003 plug-in and get the following error whn trying to connect:
Boolean Connect() line 425.The request failed with HTTP status 401: Access Denied
Any ideas? I have a presentation scheduled for Friday morning to demo this to my company.

Access Denied means that the web server has not been configured to allow you access. Are you running SugarCRM or SplendidCRM?
