Some Contacts in Outlook not appearing in Sugar

GREAT utility.  I use a SugarCRM customization, and have been struggling to migrate data from Goldmine to the new CRM.  After syncing Goldmine to Outlook (2900 contacts), changing the timeout in the xml file and using your latest beta, the Outlook plugin blasted the contacts up, created the accounts and linked them!

One problem and one question:

Problem:  some of the contacts exist in outlook, have the sync set to Yes, but regardless of how many times I sync, they won't go up to sugar.  I haven't checked all of the records, but ran across this because two of them are very important and frequently used contacts.  Any idea why this may be, and what I can do to fix?

Question:  Is there any way to map custom fields?

We don't support custom fields at this time.  As for contacts not being sync'd, try editing the notes field and then manually syncing.  You should seed the status messages indicating that one item has changed.
