I have a problem with the plugin synchronazing contacts. When I try to synchornize it a pop up appears telling me:
Void SyncContacts(Boolean) line 1534
the operation has timed out
Calendar synchronizes without problems

Our next build will make it easy to edit the timeout value, but you can edit the value manually. First, exit Outlook so that the change you are about to make will not get over-written. Locate the plug-in config file:
C:\Documents and Settings\[your login]\Application Data\SplendidCRM\SplendidCRM Plug-in for Outlook.xml
Edit the file using Notepad and change the Timeout value to 300. This value is in seconds and we previously defaulted to 30 seconds.
